Policies
No funny business! Here is how we conduct ours:
- All service is by appointment
- Labor rate is $85 an hour
- Minimum service charge is 1/2 hour labor for diagnostic and lift time
- Vehicles dropped off for routine maintenance must be picked up the same day if notice is given before 5 pm
- Vespa Soho does not install parts or accessories that were not purchased here
- Vehicles left for more than 24 hours after notification for pickup will be a charged $30 per day storage fee

Our Vespa certified mechanics can perform almost any service or repair needs for your Vespa. Let us help keep your Vespa running and looking great for years to come.
Vespa Soho is growing! We are currently in the process of adding locations and facilities to serve our customers better. While we build capacity, all service and repair is performed at one of our facilities in Brooklyn. For our customers convenience, all vehicle drop-off, pick-up, and customer service is still at 13 Crosby Street in Soho.
We are happy to make your Vespa look new again! Our body shop and paint facility will handle all aspects of repairs if your scooter has had an 'uh-oh' . Collision damage or cosmetic repairs require the preparation of an estimate at one of our Brooklyn facilities. Customers wishing to have an estimate should call our service department for an appointment and plan to drop-off their vehicles on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Parts are sold on a will-call basis. Customers wishing to purchase spare and replacement parts should call our parts department at 212 226 4410 ext 3 or email parts@vespasoho.com with requests. If in stock, your part will be delivered to our Soho store on one of our 5 times daily truck runs for pick-up.
If you are in need of immediate assistance, you can call Roadside Assistance at 1-866-232-0083 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. Please note that Roadside Assistance is a separate company and is not affiliated with Vespa Soho.
The Service and Parts departments are open from 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Please understand that due to parking, transportation and space constraints, we cannot receive vehicles for service on Saturday and Sunday.
